New Draft Pages: A Russian Beauty

Persevering on to the next set of draft pages for the revised and updated bibliography: A Russian Beauty and Other Stories, Nabokov’s collection of 13 stories originally written in Russian. It was first published in 1973 by McGraw-Hill and went through three further editions. A Russian Beauty and Other Stories was A43 in the 1986 bibliography.

    I have a copy of A.43.1 with the numberline commencing with a 3 and no ‘First Edition’

      Yes, there was a second and a third printing of the McGraw-Hill 1973 first edition of A Russian Beauty. That information is in my database but not yet in the latest printable draft version of A43. Thanks for pointing it out to me anyway.
